Unit - Step by Step

Dance is the basis of this unit, teaching students the benefits of dance and that dance is fun!  The non-locomotor skills of swaying, swinging, twisting and turning will be introduced. Students will learn to move isolated parts of the body, for example hand and foot gestures.
