Positive relationships are built on effective communication and respect for the other persons needs, efforts and contributions.
The relationships you have are based on positive feelings towards the other people in the relationship, such as love and like.
In all relationships you have choices and permissions. A choice is the act of choosing. Everybody has the power to make their own choices that are best for them in any relationship.
Permission is the act of permitting or allowing through consent. In every relationship each individual has the right to set boundaries and rules about how other people in the relationship speak and touch you.
Not all relationships are positive, this is why you have the right to make choices about the types of relationship you have.
